With its public events in the format ‘Design im Zeughaus’ (Design in the Armoury), the Department of Design is helping to shape the public discourse on design. Anyone who is curious and interested in design is warmly invited to attend.

As part of the annual exhibition, students from the Department of Design present their final and semester projects from the bachelor's programmes in Design and Computer Science and Design, as well as the master's programme in Applied Design Research, every July..

Energy Transition. HM projects.

Many departments, institutions and projects at HM regularly address the topic of energy transition – the website energiewende.hm.edu deepens knowledge through research and projects and promotes dialogue on the subject.
