Field of Teaching: »Digital Service Design and User Experience«
How will humans and AI systems (be able to) work together in the future? At the intersection of leadership, human-agent teams, and service design, the “Digital Service Design and User Experience” research area explores the possibilities of collaboration. The focus is on studying hybrid teams composed of humans and AI agents and on organizing responsibility and leadership in digital interactions. Service design serves as a methodological approach for shaping new forms of collaboration and implementing them within organizations. The goal is to prepare leaders and organizations for collaboration with intelligent systems.
